Thanks to technical approvals for internal and external post-tensioning systems, and owing to experience gained during many-years' long operation on the construction market, BBV Systems complies with domestic and European standards in relation to prestressing technologies.

BBV Unbonded Monostrand Post-Tensioning System Lo1

Post-tensioning is achieved using prestressing steel of class 1520/1770 and 1600/1860. Prestressing tendons consist of strands with nominal cross-section of 140mm2 or 150mm2. Anchorages may be used in relation to elements with tendon paths placed inside or outside the cross section of the element in the unbonded system.

Post-tensioning is achieved using prestressing steel of class 1520/1770 and 1600/1860. Prestressing tendons consist of strands with nominal cross-section of 140mm2 or 150mm2. Anchorages may be used in relation to elements with tendon paths placed inside or outside the cross section of the element in the bonded or unbonded system.

BBV Internal Post-Tensioning System BBV L3 - BBV L31

Post-tensioning is achieved using prestressing steel of class 1520/1770 and 1600/1860. Prestressing tendons consist of strands with nominal cross-section of 140mm2 or 150mm2. Tendons can be assembled on-site or delivered in a prefabricated format on drums specially prepared for transport. All types of prestressing tendons may be connected together with fixed or mobile couplers.

BBV External Post-Tensioning System BBV L3E - BBV L31E

Post-tensioning is achieved using prestressing steel of class 1520/1770 and 1600/1860. Prestressing tendons consist of strands with nominal cross-section of 140mm2 or 150mm2. The tendon path can be placed outside the cross section of the concrete element and the tendon system allows for the replacement of a specific tendon.

Post-tensioning is achieved using prestressing steel of class 1520/1770 and 1600/1860. Prestressing tendons consist of strands with nominal cross-section of 140mm2 or 150mm2. The tendon path can be placed inside or outside the cross section of the concrete element. The system allows for the replacement of a specific tendon or strand and the strands may be additionally tightened in the future.
